CompTIA certifications are credentials achieved by testing, to validate knowledge within a specific IT support function. ATM Network Certification—CTGA

The Certified TR-39 Auditor (CTGA) designation is issued by the Pulse, Star, and NYCE payment networks. It identifies those individuals who exhibit a mastery of the standards for securely handling personal identification numbers (PINs) and the encryption keys used to protect PINs. The payment networks require an audit of ATM, point-of-sale (POS), and fuel pump transactions be performed by a CTGA-certified auditor. This audit was formerly known as a TG-3 audit, but has now been renamed to TR-39. It is also commonly called an ATM audit.

INFOSEC Assessment Methodology

The IAM course was originally developed by NSA to train U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) organizations to perform their own INFOSEC assessments. NSA has developed specialized knowledge with regard to information systems security assessments through its completion of INFOSEC assessments for its U.S. Government customers over the past fifteen years. The IAM is a detailed and systematic way of examining cyber vulnerabilities and was developed by experienced NSA INFOSEC assessors. NSA has attempted to use the IAM to assist both INFOSEC assessment suppliers and consumers requiring assessments.

Vendor Management Certification—CRVPM

The Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager (CRVPM), issued by the Compliance Education Institute, is intended to provide regulatory and compliance knowledge, program implementation methodology and the best practices required to build and manage a compliant program and properly prepare for regulatory exams and audits.

Certified Wireless Technology Specialist—CWTS

The Certified Wireless Technology Specialist (CWTS) designation is issued by CWNP, Inc. CWNP (Certified Wireless Network Professional) is the IT industry standard for vendor neutral enterprise Wi-Fi certification and training. The CWTS certification validates the knowledge of enterprise WLAN sales and support professionals who must be familiar and confident with the terminology and basic functionality of enterprise 802.11 wireless networks.

Fortinet NSE4 Certification

The NSE 4 Network Security Professional designation from Fortinet NSE Institute recognizes the ability to install and manage the day-to-day configuration, monitoring, and operation of a FortiGate device to support specific corporate network security policies.

SOC Review

The Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) No. 18, Reporting on an Examination of Controls at a Service Organization (AICPA, Professional Standards, AT-C Section 320) is an attestation standard that establishes the requirements and guidance for reporting on controls at a service organization relevant to user entities' internal control over financial reporting. By engaging an independent CPA to examine and report on a service organization's controls, service organizations can respond to meet the needs of their user entities and obtain an objective evaluation of the effectiveness of controls that address operations and compliance, as well as financial reporting at those user entities.

CoNetrix successfully completed a SOC 1 Type 2 review, conducted based on SSAE 18 requirements, for its Virtual Cloud and Exchange Hosting Services. Annual third-party audits are conducted on Aspire IT Hosting services to ensure the security of sensitive information.
