CoNetrix CEO named Top CEO in Texas CEO Magazine

CoNetrix applauds its founder and CEO, Marvin Crossnoe, on his recognition as an Employee Approved Top CEO in Texas CEO Magazine.

In the Q2 2022 issue of Texas CEO Magazine, Marvin Crossnoe was featured among top CEOS receiving high marks from their employees. The featured section entitled "Employee Approved CEOs" lists 22 CEOs from Fortune 500 companies, along with 14 CEOs from Small to Mid-size businesses. Marvin Crossnoe is highlighted on page 35.

The list selection is based on data on Top Employee CEOs courtesy of Comparably, a company that collects data about the culture, salary, and reputation of companies across the country.

Crossnoe ranks among the Top 5% of 2,034 similar-sized companies on Comparably with 51-200 employees. Scoring is based on anonymous reviews of employees who took the time to leave a review on Comparably.com.

In 1977, as locals in Lubbock, Texas, founding members began what is now CoNetrix, LLC with the purpose of solving technology challenges for their growing customer base. CoNetrix now boasts nearly 150 employees across its technology companies: AccountingWare, CoNetrix Technology, CoNetrix Security, and Tandem.

"While I know Marvin is the type of person that prefers to stay out of the spotlight, I think this is a great way to honor Marvin for the work, time, and love he puts into all of us," stated Russ Horn, President for CoNetrix.

In the magazine, Crossnoe shares a summary of his leadership philosophy: "Apply yourself to your strengths, and surround yourself with people who are much better than you to fill your weaknesses." It is a statement that Crossnoe repeats, and most employees have heard. He is strategic in bringing on board people who willfully contribute in great ways.

Crossnoe's passion for customer-driven service is shared among employees. Leticia Saiid, Chief of Staff at CoNetrix, states, "Our company desires to cultivate an environment where we all put our best foot forward, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance for a positive impact in our community."

This year, CoNetrix CEO also ranked in Comparably's top 100 "Best CEOs for Women" for small to mid-sized businesses (500 or less employees). Rankings are based solely on anonymous ratings from female employees of the company on Comparably.com in the previous 12 months.
