Is my printer compatible with Windows Server 2008 R2?

The Windows 7 Compatibility Center contains a searchable list of Laser and Ink-Jet printers that have been tested and approved to work with Windows Server 2008 R2. Printers not on this list may be compatible but are often the cause of driver conflicts and other printing errors.

How can I obtain the most recent client for Remote Desktop Services?

The Remote Desktop Connection 7.0 is the most recent client available for Windows XP and Vista. Windows 7 shipped with the most recent 7.1 client. The most prominent features of the 7.0 client are:

  • Multiple monitor support
  • RD Gateway system and logon messages
  • Enhanced video playback

What can I do if I lost my connection to the CoNetrix Aspire network?

  • If other website are inaccessible, i.e. www.google.com, there are probably problems with your local router or Internet service provider. If CoNetrix provider your IT support, call or email our support staff. Otherwise call your local IT support or ISP to resolve this Internet connectivity issue.
  • If other websites can be reached, call us to determine if we have any widespread connectivity issues. If we are aware of such issues, we will arrange to contact you when they are resolved.
  • If we are unaware of any ongoing technical issues, you can ask our support staff to have someone investigate and resolve your connectivity issue. If the problem is identified to be on our end of the connection, you will not be billed for this time.

How can I recover a file I recently deleted?

  • If running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2, you can often recover files using the Previous Versions feature of Windows.
  • If this feature is unavailable or has been disabled for your operating system, we can recover the files from backup at your request.

How can I recover an email message I recently deleted?

Outlook has a Recover Deleted Items feature that will allow recovering items deleted up to two weeks ago.
